The Iris
Completed in 2018, as Phase II of our multi-year redevelopment initiative, the Iris at Park Pointe opened as a brand new 85 unit senior living community on the site of the former Meriwether Homes community. The Iris at Park Pointe offers a range of 1 and 2 bedroom apartment floor plans. Each unit features state of the art/modern appliances and interior amenities. Additionally, the community has a gazebo and walking trail to provide some relaxation and tranquility for our senior residents.
