In general, we provide two different forms of housing solutions for aspiring residents.

Multifamily Project Based Rental Assistance (PBRA section 8 ) and Low-Income Tax Credit (LIHTC)

Program requirements are specific to the property. Eligibility for programs depend on several factors including.

1.     Annual gross income

2.    Whether you are elderly, a person with a disability, or as a family

3.     US citizenship/immigration status

4.     US Military Veteran

If you are eligible,  we will check your references to make sure you and your family will be good tenants. We will deny admission to any applicant whose habits and practices may be expected to have a detrimental effect on other tenants or on the project's environment.

Senior Project Based Rental Assistance (PBRA Section-8) and Low Income Tax Credit

All applicants looking to move into a senior housing location Nine Oaks, must be 62 years and older or veterans who are 55 years and older.
