Ground Breaking for The Terrace!

The Iris ribbon cutting was followed by the ground breaking of GHA’s Phase III project …an additional 65-unit seniors mid-rise “The Terraces at the Park.”  Also designated for those age 62 and above, which is often the demographic most in need of assistance the Terraces has 58-one bedroom units  and  seven two bedrooms.

Due to the threat of inclement weather GHA Board of Commissions used keep-sake trowels to sift through soil from the “Terraces” site to symbolize the actual ground breaking. Completion of the project is expected to occur in November of 2018.
